IMSS invites applications from candidates with strong software engineering capability and a research interest in internet-enabled technologies, and, pervasive-cooperative ambient intelligence.
Candidates with a BSc, MSc, or PhD in Computer Science , and, working knowledge in any one of Knowlege Based Systems, Semantic Modelling & Virtualisation, Middleware, Sensor Networks, Ambient Intelligence Environments, Semantic Workflow Integration, 3D-Immersive Media, Data Mining, Speech & Image Understanding.
You will have:
- Excellent programming skills in C++ and Java
- Strong software engineering and system integration experience
- Object-oriented systems modelling experience
- knowledge of Internet-enabled and mobile communications technologies
- Systems design & specification methodologies experience
- Ontology-based systems /AI design and implementation experience
Excellent oral and written communication, preferably with some project management experience
