We have a vacancy for a lecturer to teach across a range of business subjects at undergraduate and postgraduate level, including human resources, research skills and strategic management. Applicants should hold, or be working towards completion of, a doctorate.
ECBM operates a UK university curriculum, and tuition is entirely in English. We pride ourselves on having a flexible team that is highly responsive to student needs. The successful applicant will possess these qualities and have a desire to take on responsibility.
We are a higher education institution, a ‘Berufsakademie’ belonging to the German-British Chamber of Industry and Commerce based in London and operating within the UK educational system. Tuition is entirely in English, and knowledge of the German language is not necessary for this post. You may, however, be required to teach occasional sessions in Germany. Some weekend teaching will be required, for which time off will be given in lieu.
The College has a number of UK University partnerships and delivers franchised MBA, BA (Hons) and HND programmes. The successful candidate may also be expected to teach on our very successful customized short-course programme. The ECBM works closely with industry partners including Siemens, Bosch and Commerzbank.
