Candidates must hold a relevant honours degree and ideally possess, or have made significant progress towards, completing a PhD in the relevant discipline. Previous teaching and research experience is required. The successful candidate will be required to contribute to the research activity of the School and to the design, delivery and management of courses at undergraduate, postgraduate and executive levels. The candidate should also demonstrate high quality interpersonal and communication skills consistent with the highest quality of teaching and learning, together with evidence of successful teamwork and a collegial approach. All areas of finance will be considered, with experience in the areas of banking and risk management preferable.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to play a leadership role in the further development of the School’s national and international reputation, and to make a significant contribution to the research activity of the School and to the design, delivery and management of courses at undergraduate, postgraduate and executive levels.

Salary Scales:
Lecturer: €53,415 – €87,670 (above bar)
€44,056 – €55,107 (below bar)
