Our School of Psychology is one of the largest and most diverse academic schools of psychology in the U.K. and has an excellent record in both undergraduate and postgraduate professional training (officially designated as “excellent in the last Quality Assurance Agency Subject Review) as well as in research and consultancy. We have thriving research groups in Brain, Cognition and Behaviour, Health Psychology, Critical Psychology, Developmental Psychology and in Applied Professional Psychology. We have an international reputation in several aspects of our research and a total commitment to extending this to our entire research activity.
You will contribute mainly to our new MSc in Applied Positive Psychology, the first degree of its type in Europe. You will be expected to make a significant contribution to research and developments in this new and exciting area of our School’s activity through teaching Quantitative Research Methods and statistics and developing e-learning provision for this programme and its distance learning counterpart. You will have a first degree in Psychology and a PhD.
