To take responsibility for the development and delivery of learning, teaching and assessment of Computer Games Development and Programming. Our current BSc (Hons) Computer Games and Multimedia Development degree course focuses on design and development of games using the Unreal Tournament engine as a backbone through all three years of study.
We have developed a strong research base in “Serious Games” (or “Immersive Environments” – IE) for education and training with numerous publications. We currently have one PhD student and two Research Assistants working in this area.
