The concept of purposefully networking for professional gain is often perceived quite negatively and can be a daunting prospect. This is a practical workshop, aiming to help participants overcome any fear of networking, providing tips for successful networking and applying these tips to everyday scenarios.
This course will include:
* What networking is for
* Overcoming barriers to networking
* Practical ideas for successful networking
* The value of formal and informal networks
* How to map your own network internally and externally
This course will be helpful for anyone wishing to develop their networking skills, and especially for those in sales, management or liaison roles.
