We are looking for individuals with backgrounds in Critical Action Learning and Action Research methodologies to serve as an instructor and facilitate our on-line classrooms. The programme is a unique combination of deep practice-based learning and research with rigorous classroom scholarship designed for working senior professionals who wish to improve their careers. Initially we are interested in recruiting instructors with expertise in introducing post graduate students to the theoretical concepts and practical methodologies of Critical Action Learning as well as team participation.

Experience:

  • Earned Doctoral Degree in a relevant academic Discipline
  • Background in Critical Action Learning
  • Two years minimum university teaching experience in relevant business disciplines. Post-graduate teaching and research supervision experience is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English.
  • Facilitative disposition towards highly motivated adult students.

Preference will be given to candidates with professional qualifications as well as academic credentials. Experience working in or knowledge of, the UK University system would also be an advantage.

Previous online teaching experience is beneficial but not required, as suitable candidates will be trained online during a 4-6 week training session. Training is conducted 100% online and is not restricted to specific hours.

Teaching is text based and asynchronous, and is not restricted to specific hours. Positions require a high level of commitment, including the willingness to login to class almost daily, including during weekends.  Instructors are paid on a per-module basis.
