Digital Media Project Leader (KTP Associate)

Salary: £24-28,000 plus potential performance bonus
You will:
- research and analyse internal and external environmental data to form the basis of a strategic repositioning plan for the incorporation of new digital media into Mankind so as to aid company growth
- research, purchase and embed new database software and an analytics package for in order to create a more rigorous approach to analytics to evaluate company performance
- be responsible for increasing web traffic generation and customer recruitment through the application of digital technologies including social media and evaluating the success for business
- develop an outline customer relationship management system as a fully integrated element of the business to manage data flows between the customer and mankind on a continuous basis
- be based in Farnborough, Hampshire
You should have:
- first degree (minimum 2.2) or higher level qualification
- some experience in online retailing or in a digital marketing agency; experience should have been gained in a fast paced industry sector
- good working knowledge of digital media technologies including an understanding of databases and internet commerce components
- excellent written communication skills in English including the preparation of reports and other documents
- effective verbal communication demonstrated through a high level of spoken English
- initiative, enthusiasm and a drive to achieve results
- ability to work effectively as part of a team, to plan and organise self and others to meet deadlines
- adaptability and an appetite for learning and development with the ambition to achieve, at an early stage, a successful career in a commercial environment
- awareness of the principles of KTP and a willingness to embrace them
