Oxford Brookes University has established a Knowledge Transfer Partnership with Mankind Ltd, Europe’s leading online retailer of grooming products for men (). We need a dynamic and ambitious graduate to lead a digital media project which will take the company forward into its next stage of development.
You will:
- analyse company and external data to assist in business repositioning;
- research, specify and implement a suitable analytics packages to evaluate digital media activity;
- develop a plan for customer interface technology;
- increase customer recruitment through digital technologies including social media;
- track and measure customer behaviour;
- analyse methods of web traffic generation and SEO;
- develop a customer relationship management system – all of which will generate sustainable growth in online sales
You should have:
- first degree (minimum 2.2) or higher level qualification first in Business and/or Marketing, and ideally a postgraduate degree preferably in a Business or IT discipline
- experience in online retailing or in a digital marketing agency
- good knowledge of digital media technologies
- excellent written communication skills in English
- effective verbal communication
- initiative, enthusiasm and a drive to achieve results
- ability to work effectively as part of a team
- adaptability and an appetite for learning and development awareness of the principles of Knowledge Transfer Partnerships
