Salary scale: £26,391 to £29,704 per annum (pro rata if part time).
Applicants are invited for the position of Fixed Term Research Assistant in the School of Business & Economics, reference 5300.
LEAD Wales is a strategic project which aims to achieve a step-change in the organisational capacity of SME’s in Wales. It entails a significant programme for the delivery of an intervention to improve the quality of leadership in a large number of key SMEs in Wales, as well as a substantial agenda for the dynamic development and evaluation of that programme as it evolves. The role holder will be required to provide research assistance on the LEAD Wales project. This will entail collating and evaluating data on LEAD Wales participants and undertaking secondary analysis of programme data and outcomes.
Applicants will have a degree in business management or a related subject and a post graduate degree in a specialist business management or related specialist subject or have significant experience as an academic researcher in the business management area. Evidence of planning skills and the ability to conduct research in line with the objectives of the project will also be required.
